1. WB micro cycloid reducer adopts single-stage transmission with high-speed ratio and efficiency, which can reach the reduction ratio of 1:87, and the efficiency is more than 90%. If multi-stage transmission is adopted, the reduction ratio is greater.

2. Cycloid reducer has compact structure and small volume. Due to the adoption of planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis line, so that its model can obtain the smallest size as possible.

3. Stable operation, low noise, large number of meshing teeth, large overlap coefficient and balance mechanism of cycloid needle teeth control vibration and noise.

4. Reliable use and long service life. The main parts are made of high carbon chromium steel, which has high strength after quenching treatment (hrc58 ~ 62), and some transmission contacts adopt rolling friction, so they are durable and long service life.

5. Reasonable design, convenient maintenance, easy installation, few parts and simple lubrication make the cycloidal pinwheel reducer recognized by users.

Transmission ratio: single stage: 9-87 double stage: 121-1849

1. The speed ratio models of single-stage reducer include wb65, wb85, wb100, wb120 and wb150;
The reduction ratios are 9, 11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 43, 59, 71 and 87 respectively.

2. Two stage reduction ratio models include wbe1065, wbe1285 and wbe1510;
The reduction ratios are 121, 187, 289, 385, 473, 595, 731, 989, 1225 and 1849 respectively.
